Cannabis: Friend or Foe? by Herbs & Sympathy

Cannabis - friend or foe? Ever wonder about the benefits of cannabis but want to make sure you are getting good information. Join us for the evening as we explore some basic science behind this powerful plant and how it can assist the body with managing pain, anxiety and sleep. We will also take a look at the cautions with using this plant and how to navigate overuse. We will even share a few recipes on how to incorporate cannabis safely into your daily life. This class is also an elective for our Home Herbalist Program. Sorry, no samples!
